A creature from the sea depths comes to the Earth to contaminate itself with the beauty of the terrestrial creatures. The perfect binomial between land and sea, the Korall vase, designed by Andrea Branzi, emulates the structure of a coral plant that you can fill with flowers or also let it live on its own as a sculpture.
Andrea Branzi, after completing his Architecture studies in Florence, moved to Milan in ’73 where he still lives in and teaches as principal of Product design department at Politecnico University. From 1964 to 1974 he has been part of Archizoom Associates and later on co-founded Domus Academy, receiving the “Compasso D’Oro” Award for his lifetime carrier achievements in 1987. He’s author of several books about history and theory of design.
