Sustainability

At Qeeboo, curiosity and creativity push us forward every day.

We are always exploring new ideas, refining how we work, testing new materials, and improving our technologies. Each product starts with careful design, hands-on engineering, and multiple prototypes, always with great respect for the materials we use and with one clear goal in mind: creating objects that bring simple joy, comfort, and emotion into everyday life.

Our commitment to quality and responsibility begins long before production starts. We work closely with suppliers who share our values and our sensitivity toward sustainability. We pay close attention to every detail, because we believe that true quality is something you can both see and feel.

Most of our pieces are created using rotational molding and injection molding, two processes that allow us to shape plastic material into seamless, solid, and long-lasting forms. These techniques give us the freedom to experiment with design while ensuring strength, durability, and smart use of materials.

We are especially proud that the majority of our production is Made in Italy. For our molded products, we mainly use recyclable polyethylene (PE) and recyclable polypropylene (PP). Choosing these materials means choosing reliability, performance, and a more conscious approach to production, because we believe that design should always look toward the future.

Sustainability it’s a fundamental responsibility. The first and most important commitment is simple: create products so well-designed and durable that they last through generations.

The greenest furniture is the furniture that stays with you forever.

Sustainability

Plastic entered large-scale industrial production in the early 1950s and quickly became an essential component of the form, function, and overall quality of manufactured objects. It perfectly matched the emerging needs of modern life: lightweight, impact-resistant, chemically stable, and able to withstand temperature variations: it became virtually unbreakable.

PE - recyclable polietilene (PE)

Among its many advantages, polyethylene requires fewer resources to produce than other production processes and is less harmful, as it does not contain hazardous chemicals. Most importantly, being made from a single type of polymer, it is fully (100%) recyclable.

Thanks to its low density, polyethylene components are extremely lightweight. Products made from this material stand out for their high quality, strength, and durability. They ensure long-term performance, resist extreme weather conditions, and preserve their colors throughout their entire lifespan.

PP - recyclable Polypropilene

Known for its excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance, polypropylene (PP) offers an ideal balance between performance and sustainability.

One of PP’s greatest advantages is its recyclability: as a single, pure polymer, it can be efficiently reprocessed multiple times without significant loss of quality. This makes polypropylene an important material in circular-economy models, helping reduce waste and resource consumption.

The injection moulding process uses precise amounts of PP, significantly reducing material waste. Any production scraps, runners, and rejected parts can often be reground and reintroduced into the production cycle.
